Genner Sales is part of the Genner Communications group. We are a privately owned business based in the grounds of the University of Wolverhampton at the e-Innovation Centre, University of Wolverhampton, Priorslee, Telford. UK.

We are ideally located to provide high quality computer technical support for University of Wolverhampton students & lecturers & provide free PC technical support, free PC hardware installations, discounted PC hard drive cloning & much more.

Additionally; customers can simply leave their computer systems with us for hard drive cloning / fault finding / computer upgrade / computer repair. The vast majority of computer upgrades & hard drive cloning are completed within 24 hours & computers can either be collected from our offices or can be posted to any address within the UK.

Travelling to Genner Communications by road.

 Driving to Genner Communications on the M54 from the East (eg; Birmingham - Wolverhampton)

Leave the M54 at Junction 4 and take the B5060 Castle Farm Way (4th exit on roundabout). Go past the lake (on your left) & continue until you reach another roundabout. Turn left on to the A5 Telford Way (also known as St George's bypass), then at the Priorslee roundabout take the second exit on to Shifnal Road. Follow the road down (past the Lion Public House) until you reach a small (3 way) roundabout. Turn left. Follow the road past the Wolverhampton University Halls of Residence (Telford) & past the University of Wolverhampton (Telford) main halls (on your left) until you reach another small (4 way) roundabout & turn left. Follow the road past the the car parks (on your left) & you will see the e-Innovation Centre on your right. Please report to reception.

 

 Driving to Genner Communications on the M54 from the West (eg; Shrewsbury and Wales)

Leave the M54 at Junction 5 and take the A5 Rampart Way (1st left at roundabout). Go past Staples (on your left) & get into the left hand lane at the island. Take the 3rd exit at the roundabout (exit immediately past the railway station) onto the A5 (Telford Way). Get into the right hand lane & (at the Priorslee roundabout) take the Shifnal Road (4th exit). Follow the road down (past the Lion Public House) until you reach a small (3 way) roundabout. Turn left. Follow the road past the Wolverhampton University Halls of Residence (Telford) & past the University of Wolverhampton (Telford) main halls (on your left) until you reach another small (4 way) roundabout & turn left. Follow the road past the the car parks (on your left) & you will see the e-Innovation Centre on your right. Please report to reception.

 

 Driving to Genner Communications from Telford Town Centre

Travelling clockwise around Telford Town Centre, get into the left hand lane after the slip road into the Telford Town Centre car park (near Asda) & head toward the (4 way) island.

If you go around the island (Asda petrol station will be on your right) go clockwise Telford Town Centre, get into the left hand lane after the slip road into the Telford Town Centre car park (near Asda) & head toward the (4 way) island.

Take the 2nd exit at the roundabout (the 1st exit is a bus lane), and get into the right hand lane at the next roundabout. Take the 4th exit at the roundabout (exit immediately past the railway station) onto the A5 (Telford Way). Get into the right hand lane & (at the Priorslee roundabout) take the Shifnal Road (4th exit). Follow the road down (past the Lion Public House) until you reach a small (3 way) roundabout. Turn left.  Travelling to Genner Communications by Bus

Wolverhampton University (Telford) is a five-minute bus journey from the town centre on the number 92 service. Disembark at the University of Wolverhampton (Telford) main halls. Follow the road (in the direction that the bus was travelling) toward the small (4way) roundabout & cross the road. Walk past the University of Wolverhampton Students Union bar (on your right) & you will see the e-Innovation Centre ahead (& to you right). Please report to reception.

 Travelling to Genner Communications by Train

 Train journeys to Telford Central Railway Station from Wolverhampton  (takes approx 15 to 25 minutes). From Telford Central Railway Station, you can take a Taxi to the e-Innovation Centre, University of Wolverhampton, Telford, or you can take a bus. Walking takes about 20 minutes.

 Train journeys to Telford Central Railway Station from Birmingham  (takes approx 30 to 35 minutes). From Telford Central Railway Station, you can take a Taxi to the e-Innovation Centre, University of Wolverhampton, Telford, or you can take a bus. Walking takes about 20 minutes.

 Train journeys to Telford Central Railway Station from Shrewsbury  (takes approx 25 minutes). From Telford Central Railway Station, you can take a Taxi to the e-Innovation Centre, University of Wolverhampton, Telford, or you can take a bus. Walking takes about 20 minutes.
