 About Memory Upgrades - General

Computer Memory is often also referred to as PC Memory or RAM (Random Access Memory) & is probably the biggest single source of computer bottlenecks.

If the amount of available RAM - Computer memory is restricted, this will severely limit system performance as RAM - Computer memory is the area of the PC into which all computer programs & data is loaded so that the computer can work with it. If the computer Memory is restricted, the PC will need to continuously save data which is being processed, & this obviously slows the PC significantly.

Additionally; different operating systems require different amounts of Computer Memory & most laptop PCs, Desktop PCs & Tower PCs will immediately benefit from a Memory Upgrade - RAM upgrade.

RAM - Computer Memory can be thought of as being a specific size container. The more space which is taken up in the container, the less space there is for other items. Therefore; once Windows is loaded, there is less space for other programs & data (many people have additional programs such as anti virus software, MSN messenger etc running "in the background" & these programs also use Memory. The obvious solution is to increase the amount of available RAM - Computer Memory via a Memory Upgrade.

Genner Communications is currently developing a new Product Range in conjunction with GR Sales (UK and Europe).

The first product resulting from this collaboration was the GR Eagle. The GR Eagle is a dashboard mounted Video Camera & Recorder which records up to 4 hours of staggered or rolling live video directly onto a standard SD memory card. This video footage can then be copied, it can played back on a computer or through a TV etc.

Video Footage recorded by the GR Eagle can be used to prove legal cases (eg; in the event of an accident or road rage etc), it can be used to record laps etc during track days, it can be teach driving skills, demonstrate correct routes to be taken, record scenic journeys etc.
