Welcome to the Genner Communications - Genner Sales UK computer support site for PCs purchased from Asda.

Genner Communications are based at the e-Innovation Centre at the University of Wolverhampton, Telford & are pleased to offer free technical support on Acer Tower PCs, Elonex Tower PCs, Fujitsu Siemens Tower PCs, HP PCs & Sony PCs which were purchased from Asda UK or for Desktop PCs & Tower PCs which are owned by Asda customers & staff.

Genner Communications have considerable knowledge & experience of the supply, installation, configuration & support of Computer Hardware & Computer Upgrades. Our range of Computer Hard Disk Drives, Computer Memory Upgrades & Graphics Card Upgrades - Video Card Upgrades are specifically selected to be totally compatible with Acer Tower PCs, Elonex Tower PCs, Fujitsu Siemens Tower PCs, HP PCs & Sony PCs purchased from Asda. We can also provide a free installation - configuration service.

Our Technical Dept is managed by Kevin Genner.

Kevin is a fully qualified computer engineer with over 20 years experience in fault finding - fault resolution, system installation,- configuration & product development for private individuals, small to multinational companies, to government departments, medical establishments ranging from Greenwich Hospital in London to North Merseyside Health Authority facilities & Great Ormond Street Hospital, & military installations such as the Ministry of Defence Acquisition Dept, British Aerospace, The Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm, GCHQ & AWE (Atomic Weapons Establishment).

Company policy is simply to ensure that customers PCs are fully repaired or upgraded as quickly as possible. In line with this, we can even provide (at the discretion of Genner Communications) a facility whereby customers who cannot resolve issues can send or bring their PCs to our offices at the e-Innovation Centre, University of Wolverhampton & we will fault find at no charge. We simply ask is that the customer covers postage costs.

The order processing & dispatch shifts are managed jointly by Karla, Matthew & Liam. We pride ourselves on the fact that most of our UK based customers receive their orders within 24 hours, whilst the majority of international customers receive their orders within 5 working days. This is because although many companies dispatch orders by the cheapest possible means; WE DO NOT!

We process & dispatch all UK orders from our UK offices. Virtually all orders are processed on the day of receipt & we send all UK orders by first class post, recorded delivery or via a courier service.

Alternatively; customers are welcome to collect their orders, or to bring or send their PCs for free fault diagnosis at our Headquarters at the e-Innovation Centre, University of Wolverhampton, Telford.

Our service simply supplements the support from the manufacturer & continues after support from the manufacturer ceases.

PCs (Desktop Computers & Tower Computers) purchased from Asda are usually supported by the Computer manufacturer for a period of 12 months from the purchase date.

Our service simply supplements the support from the manufacturer & continues after support from the manufacturer ceases. Genner Communications provide free technical support for Desktop Computers & Tower Computers which were bought from Asda from the date of purchase until the computer is retired or sold.

Genner Communications are not owned by Asda & have no relationship with Asda other than providing this service. We are a totally independent company who simply offer free, high quality, honest & impartial technical support to Asda customers who have purchased a computer from Asda. Technical support is provided via a standard telephone system (calls are charged at standard rates).
